QA Software Tester

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution
  • Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and isolate software issues
  • Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  •  Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality, ensuring all requirements are met. 
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, report, and track software defects, utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies.
  •  Participate in test plan and test case reviews, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
  •  Perform thorough analysis of software requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the testing process, proposing and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Tester with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect management.
  • Experience with various testing techniques, such as functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

System Developer

  •  Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development  practices.
  • Analyze technical requirements of the project and adapt the code in line with requirements
  •  Analyze the requirements and needs of users, as well as designers’, QA testers’, and other software development team members’ needs.Co
  • Construct website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Collaborate with web designers to match visual design intent.
  • Maintain, develop and scale DA5 sites.
  • Integrate data from numerous back-end facilities and databases.
  • Coordinate the efforts and collaborate with other developers, designers, system and business analysts, etc.
  •  Liaise with third party providers regarding system upgrades, developments and concerns.
  • Generate and maintain software documentation.
  • Update current facilities in line with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
  • Make sure that systems are secure and efficiently used by target users.

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
  • With 3 years minimum experience with several programming languages such as
    • PHP
    • VueJS
    • HTML
    • JavaScript
    • CSS
  • Knowledgeable and experience with CodeIgniter 3.0.6 Framework
  • Has experience with REST and SOAP API
  • Can juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Eye for detail and in identifying problems and concerns.

To process general concerns/inquiries about DA5 services and transactions covered by Anti-Money Laundering Law Act of 2001 and relevant BSP rules and regulations we process the information provided, but not exclusive to the following:

  • Present address
  • Date and place of birth
  • Nature of work, name of employer or nature of self-employment/business
  • Contact details
  • Specimen signature
  • Source of funds
  • Permanent address
  • Nationality
  • Identification Cards
  • Name, present address, date and place of birth, nature of work and source of funds of beneficial owner or beneficiary, whenever applicable

As a condition for the use of our products and services, you are consenting to the Privacy Policy of Direct Agent 5, Inc. and the collection, use, access, transfer, storage and processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. In collecting Personal Information, we always abide by the applicable laws and regulations.

What are your responsibilities as a data subject?

DA5 does not, will not, sell personal data to any third party. All our engagements with third parties shall be fully-compliant with our obligation of confidentiality imposed on us relevant applicable laws.

How long do we keep your personal information?
Your personal information shall be retained in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, particularly DPA, AMLC and BSP rules and regulations, and such other purposes that you may have consented to from time to time, remains in effect and until such time as it is no longer required nor necessary to keep your information for any other legal, regulatory or business purposes.

In general, DA5 shall only retain your data for five (5) years after the processing relevant to its purpose. However, DA5 may retain your data when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claim, or when provided by law.
